In February 2025, The Ripley Academy was inspected by His Majesty’s Inspectors and was judged to have taken effective action to maintain the “good” standards in all areas from its previous inspection. The report highlights that pupils are proud to attend the Ripley Academy and that the aspiration is to ensure that all pupils become “nothing short of remarkable”.
The inspectors praised the school’s pastoral care as well as its high expectations of what pupils can achieve. The report recognises that staff have a real sense of optimism, pride and enthusiasm to do the very best for the Ripley pupils.
Our Sixth Form provision was also recognised for the consistently strong learning experience that pupils receive.
This report reflects the hard work and commitment of our staff, students, and wider community to uphold The Ripley Academy’s high standards. We remain focused on delivering a remarkable education for all.
